Two paths: self-serve by signing in, or email us if you can’t reach your account.
If you can still sign in, this is the fastest route. Your account and content are removed immediately, with no email exchange needed.
DELETE to confirm, and submit. If you’ve lost access to your registered email, or self-serve deletion isn’t working for any reason, send us a deletion request from the email address you signed up with. We’ll confirm your identity and remove the account within 30 days (usually the same working day).
When your account is deleted we remove:
Content someone else posted that includes you (a photo you appear in, a caption mentioning you) is not automatically removed — the person who posted it owns the copyright. If you want a specific memory removed, use the Report button on that memory or email team@jambo.pics with a link.
A small amount of data may be retained after account deletion, only where the law requires it or where it has been fully anonymised:
If your child under 18 has a Jambo.pics account, you can request that their account is deleted at any time by emailing us at team@jambo.pics from the same email address that approved their parental consent. We’ll verify and delete within one working day.
If your child is still waiting on parental approval, no account exists yet — rejecting the consent email or ignoring it for 30 days removes the pending account automatically.
Self-serve deletion is instant. Email-based deletion usually happens the same working day, always within 30 calendar days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the account is gone.
