The quickest way to reach a human is team@jambo.pics. We read every message — expect a reply within a working day.

If you’re emailing about a specific album, a photo, or an upload that failed, it helps if you paste the URL or a screenshot. If the problem is on your phone, tell us whether you’re on iPhone or Android and roughly which OS version.

Joining an album

You only need an invite from someone who’s already a leader on the album. They’ll send you a link like jambo.pics/join/… or a short 6-letter code you can type in at jambo.pics/join.

Invites can be revoked and have a max-uses limit, so if a code stops working ask the leader to generate a new one.

Uploading memories

Photos and videos upload as soon as you post — or queue up if you’re offline and ship the moment you’re back on signal. If you’re travelling and want to save mobile data, the native apps have an “Upload on Wi-Fi only” toggle on your Profile and the Albums home screen.

Videos get transcoded to a mobile-friendly format automatically — you may see a “Processing…” badge on a new video for a few minutes while that happens.

Account + data

You can edit your name, bio, profile picture and time zone at any time on your profile page — jambo.pics/me on the web, or the Profile tab in the mobile app.

Deleting your account removes every memory you’ve posted, your profile picture, and your access to every album. It’s permanent. The option is at the bottom of your profile page under “Danger Zone.”

Something wrong with a memory?

Every memory has a Report button — tap it to flag the post to the album’s leaders, who can review and remove. If the problem involves a leader, or you’d rather escalate to us directly, email team@jambo.pics with the album name and what’s going on.

Payments + billing

Storage plans are billed to the unit, not per person — a leader on the album sets it up via Stripe. If you need an invoice or have a billing question, email team@jambo.pics with the album name and we’ll get it sorted.

Not an emergency, but urgent?

If there’s something time-critical — a photo that needs removing before a parents’ evening, a live event where uploads aren’t working — put URGENT at the start of your email subject line and we’ll jump on it.
